Device Frequently Asked Questions
You may enroll for coverage at an Authorized Retailer location or through an online method after obtaining an eligible product. Enrollment must occur within 30 days of device purchase and proof of purchase must be provided.
On the 31st day after a valid registration. If your device requires diagnostics for enrollment, coverage will not be valid until your device passes the required test. Damage to your device prior to the validation of coverage will not be honored. Devices that do not pass the diagnostic test will be subject to an automatic 30-day waiting period. Incidents occurring within the 30-day waiting period will not be honored.
GRIP covers the handset or communication device you purchased from an Authorized Retailer from accidental damage, loss, theft, and malfunction (after the manufacturer´s warranty expires). Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage to equipment is not covered.
The monthly or annual subscriber fee will be provided during the enrollment process for the specific eligible device. The fee may be charged to your credit card separate from your carrier bill.
If you purchase a new phone and did not have a previous claim, you can transfer coverage. You must e-mail Cell Brokerage, LLC at [email protected] with your name, cell phone number, new cell phone make, new cell phone serial number. Only equipment listed will be replaced in the event of a claim.
Upon a quick claims approval process, you are required to pay a deductible, and you will be given a replacement device per instructions from the claims representative. Return of your damaged device is required.
You will be charged a salvage fee, not to exceed actual retail value, in addition to the deductible required to obtain a replacement. These fees can be charged to your credit card on file or by submitting a new credit card.
If you no longer use the phone, you must notify Cell Brokerage, LLC to cancel coverage.

You must notify Cell Brokerage, LLC within 90-days of receipt of the replacement device for a no-cost exchange. If it is determined there is damage to the replacement device, you will be charged full retail value of the device.
Failure to pay insurance premiums result in attempts to reach you by USPS mail, email and phone. If your policy is cancelled, you can request a review for reactivation within 48 hours.
Coverage will remain in effect until cancelled by either party, according to the policy terms. If you wish to discontinue coverage, you must notify Cell Brokerage, LLC in writing to Cell Brokerage 9970 W Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89129 or by phone at 866-644-4747. A full refund will be issued within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, the refund will be prorated, and any refund due will be credited to your card at the time the request has been received. You must notify Cell Brokerage, LLC in the event of a device change to ensure the correct device is insured.
Your monthly credit card statement will show the amount charged GRIP Phone Protection located in Las Vegas, NV.
If you file a claim, an insurance deductible must be paid before receiving the replacement device and you agree to pay a salvage fee for any malfunctioning, unused or damaged replacement not returned within 15 days. You agree to return any defective replacement device(s) in their original condition within 15 days or be charged a salvage fee. You understand that in the event it is necessary to institute legal proceedings to collect any amount due, Cell Brokerage, LLC shall be entitled to recover all costs incurred through judicial proceedings which may include 3rd party collection agencies and reasonable attorney fees. You will receive an SMS to your device upon enrollment to download and optionally register for GRIP Security as part of the GRIP coverage.
